Local playback

Your media files, names, paths, waveform, and saved playback positions are processed locally and are never uploaded. Original files are unchanged. The extension stores position and speed for up to 200 recent files.

Product analytics

The extension stores a random installation identifier. It sends installation, update, player usage, playback, control, compatibility preparation, and removal events through media-player.monoapps.pro to our analytics system. Events include the anonymous identifier, extension version, interface language, and limited technical properties such as audio/video type, selected speed, and whether compatibility playback succeeded. They do not include media contents or filenames.

Servers necessarily receive network IP addresses to handle requests. The project proxy does not deliberately forward visitor IP addresses in analytics events. The uninstall page receives the anonymous identifier and extension version, records removal, and removes these parameters from its visible URL. Anonymous analytics are kept for product measurement; server operations may involve service logs and backups.

There are currently no paid features, accounts, or payment processing. If these are introduced, this policy and the product will be updated before purchase information is collected.
